Firstly
though why do DJs/Producers still consider the list as a relevant instrument
for their careers? The answer is simple, fame and money is the key of success
to this industry. For some reason it's sad to say the list is all about
that these days. Ads popping everywhere in social media just to get the
attention of some common people who knows nothing about dance music, but I have
to give credits to the marketing team for their efforts though. I just can’t
rant things up all the way, the DJMAG list was one of the things that also got
me into dance music. If not from them I wouldn’t have discovered my some favorite djs.
Their
voting system is through facebook so that means anyone can cast on their vote,
I can stress out that winners will not be the “best DJs with their skills” but the
most popular in social media. I don’t really much care if they will be in the
list or not but the reason why I’ll vote this year it’s because of showing my
support for them and also those have given me an impact this year especially.
